Doug Howlett



Doug Howlett is a former All Blacks player known for his blistering speed, agility, and remarkable try-scoring ability, Doug rose to prominence as one of the most prolific wingers in the history of the sport. He possessed a rare combination of athleticism, skill, and game awareness that made him a formidable force on the rugby field. 

During his tenure with the All Blacks, Doug made a significant impact, showcasing his incredible try-scoring ability. He became the leading try-scorer in Super Rugby history and still holds the record for the most test tries scored by an All Black. Throughout his career, Doug embodied the spirit of sportsmanship and professionalism. He was not only admired for his on-field abilities but also revered for his humble demeanour, dedication, and commitment to the sport. 

Off the field, Doug proved to be an inspirational figure, actively engaging in charitable endeavours and making a positive impact on the lives of others through the Doug Howlett Outreach Foundation.Since retiring from professional sport, Doug continues in building high performing teams and can be credited with major managerial contributions to the success of businesses across the globe in diverse sectors such as food manufacturing, healthcare, renewable energy as well as sporting teams and events.

Being a father of 5, Doug understands the importance of protecting and educating all New Zealand children and is currently the CEO of the safe social networking platform CyberSmarties.Doug holds an MBA from Cork University, Ireland, and a Diploma in Digital Business from The Irish Management Institute.
